One of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in … Impeccable w cleanliness. Great panoramic view of Bello from the balcony. Comfortable bed w a/c … Host is awesome, neighborhood safe. Restaurants right next door. Great place. Suren will definitely be hearing from me EVERY-TIME that I visit Medellin! The apartment was as advertised, the location was better than advertised … I felt completely at home. I'm simply reporting what was earned. Suren and his team had the best communication that I've ever experienced with any Airbnb stay. We arrived very late … they communicated with us to accommodate our check-in at a very late hour … they ordered a brand new fan for the unit for our stay … Thank you Suren and team for everything … it made our first visit to Medellin incredible. Thank you, Filemon — it was a joy hosting you. Come back any time.
Suren and Angie are excellent hosts! Check in was very flexible … a lot of activities on the property including volleyball … watching movies in the cabin … communication is very excellent … a very nice stay close to the airport. If you're thinking about Airbnb, I highly recommend Suren with OASIS. He's managed my place for over a year and a half, handling absolutely everything. Thanks to him, my property has a perfect 5.0 rating and ranks in the top 5% globally! Oasis has been a one stop shop for my business. Not only have they helped structure my platforms, clients and logistics but they also take care of promoting and maintaining my property in pristine conditions for guests. Highly recommended. Renting with OASIS.
The questions people ask before they book — answered straight.
What's included in the monthly price?
One all-in monthly figure — the home fully furnished, everyday utilities, fast WiFi, and building administration all included. No setup fees, no surprise bills. Cleaning is arranged between stays.
Do I need a fiador or a one-year lease?
No. No fiador (co-signer), no guarantor, no year-long contract. Our homes are furnished and rented by the month — the minimum stay is one month.
How do I reserve a home?
Message us on WhatsApp with the home you like and your dates. We confirm it's available, hold it for you, and share the rental agreement and how payment works — quick and personal, straight with our team.
Who am I renting from?
OASIS, directly. Every OASIS Exclusive is a home we manage ourselves — verified and photographed by us, with real Airbnb reviews right on each listing, and secure payment. Our team is on WhatsApp whenever you need us, before and during your stay.
Can I see the home before I book?
Yes. Each listing has a full photo set, and we'll walk you through the home over a video call on WhatsApp. If you're already in Medellín, we can arrange an in-person viewing.
How does the deposit work?
A standard, refundable security deposit is returned after your stay. We confirm the exact amount with you up front — everything's clear before you book.
Are utilities and WiFi really included?
Yes — fast WiFi and everyday utilities are part of your one monthly price. Nothing to set up, no bills to chase.
What's the minimum stay — can I stay just a few nights?
Monthly, mid-term stays are our specialty, with a one-month minimum on most homes. A few homes also take nightly and weekly stays — the listing says so, and you can always just ask.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado, Sabaneta, Bello, the Centro, and out in Rionegro. Each one has its own guide on the site.
Nothing on the site fits what I need — can you still help?
Yes. Send us a quick brief — area, budget, dates, must-haves — and we'll match you, including homes that aren't listed yet. It's what we do best.
Estimated: OASIS-managed homes average roughly 82% occupancy against an ~46% Medellín market — figures are indicative, not a guarantee.

Is Airbnb Allowed in Your Building? The RNT, Ley 675 and the 30-Day Line in Medellín
Three sets of rules decide whether your Medellín apartment can host short stays: the national tourism register, your building's own reglamento, and the city that inspects. Here is what each one actually says in 2026 — and the thirty-day line that takes you out of all three.
