A double-height loft in the middle of the city, where a wall of glass runs floor to ceiling and a spiral stair climbs to the bedroom. Downstairs stays open — living, dining, a full gas kitchen and a social bathroom — with a private balcony that looks over the rooftops to the mountains. Upstairs, a queen bed, a desk by the window and a bathroom of its own. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a rooftop terrace with a shared jacuzzi at the top of the building.
