A double-height loft in the middle of the city, where a wall of glass runs floor to ceiling and a spiral stair climbs to the bedroom. Downstairs stays open — living, dining, a full gas kitchen and a social bathroom — with a private balcony that looks over the rooftops to the mountains. Upstairs, a queen bed, a desk by the window and a bathroom of its own. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a rooftop terrace with a shared jacuzzi at the top of the building. The Tranvía is one block away, the Placita de Flórez and the San Ignacio museums a short walk, and the rest of Centro is on foot from here.

Living here

Bomboná is the working, walkable middle of Medellín — the Placita de Flórez market, the theaters and museums of San Ignacio, and cafés that have been open for decades, all on foot. The Tranvía runs a block away and takes you to the rest of the city without a car. Home is twelve floors above it: a double-height loft with the glass wall pulled open to the light, a bedroom on the mezzanine, and a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi for the end of the day.
