Um loft de pé-direito duplo bem no meio da cidade, com uma parede de vidro que vai do piso ao teto e uma escada caracol que sobe até o quarto. Embaixo tudo fica aberto — sala, jantar, uma cozinha a gás completa e um lavabo com chuveiro — com uma varanda privativa que olha os telhados até a montanha. Em cima, uma cama queen, uma escrivaninha junto à janela e um banheiro próprio. Ar-condicionado, lavadora e secadora, e um terraço na cobertura com jacuzzi compartilhada no alto do prédio. O Tranvía fica a uma quadra, a Placita de Flórez e os museus de San Ignacio a poucos passos, e o resto do Centro se faz caminhando.
